Our activity:
We offer our customers the following services on a per-item basis, whereby the first three of the following points being handled remotely from the office. This takes place during or after building the equipment onsite:
- integration of radio relay systems from the manufacturers Ericsson, SIAE Microelettronica, Huawei into the networks of the mobile phone providers incl. troubleshooting.
- replacement of microwave links directly in the networks of the mobile phone providers, taking into account the mobile phone stations and other components operated above them incl. troubleshooting.
- integration of signalling devices for alarm signalling to the NOC of the mobile phone provider incl. troubleshooting.
- quality checks incl. checking the documentation after the structural provision of radio relay and system technology
- site supervision and swap support for installation teams
