Our open source server tailored to your needs
We will determine your exact requirements for our server in a personal consultation. As the software is based entirely on open source, there are no additional licence costs. The basic unit consists of energy-saving server hardware and mass storage. This is made up of high-performance HDDs and/or SDDs. Storage pools are formed for the various applications, which are organised either on fast SSD disks or on the slower HDD disks. Below we have summarised the main features that make the difference for your business.
Backup server:
This function allows you to perform automated backups of all clients in the network (including remotely) and save them in the server storage pools. Everything is possible, from backing up individual folders to the complete backup of clients. The restoration of an existing backup is organised just as centrally as the backup itself.
NVR server:
Nowadays, it is becoming increasingly important to know what is going on on your own (company) premises. We are happy to plan and create a video surveillance concept for you that allows you to keep an eye on all important areas of your premises around the clock. The centrepiece here is also our server. With the latest AI-NVR software technology, you won't miss something. Thanks to AI, only processes that are relevant to you are recorded, categorised and time-stamped. This saves valuable performance and memory resources. Of course, it also depends on the camera technology used, which must function reliably day and night and be installed in a vandalism-proof manner. Remote access secured by VPN enables you to know what is happening on your premises at any time and any place (internet access required).
DMS server:
Our server can also support you here. The automated, digital storage of documents is an important component of modern office organisation. Having the entire document base stored centrally and accessible at lightning speed saves time and money. Intelligent AI-based rules allow documents to be sorted and categorised by view and can be matched by one mouseclick. All types of documents can either be digitised using a scanner or transferred directly from the email account to the DMS. There is also an app that you can use to access your documents. If documents are required, they can be found at lightning speed and, for example, printed or forwarded from anywhere in the world. Here too, access is via a secure VPN connection.
